Jackson, fellow Jefferson County commissioner arrested on charges related to skipping meetings

CHARLES TOWN — Two Jefferson County commissioners, including West Virginia state auditor candidate Tricia Jackson, were arrested after the early conclusion of a budget session Tuesday morning.
